I’m Ren, founder of Ren’s Kitchen and a chef with over 25 years’ experience, having trained in 1995 and worked in leading restaurants across London and Brighton, as well as travelling through Africa, where I drew a lot of my inspiration.

Food has always been my passion, and I’m still very hands-on in everything we do, spending my time between the kitchen and the office to ensure every detail is just right.

What began as a small business has grown each year, and with the support of my amazing team, we now create memorable events and culinary experiences for every occasion.

I’m Molly, and I’m all about the details that turn a great event into something unforgettable. I love the full journey of a wedding or event—from the first planning conversations through to the last guest leaving—making sure everything feels seamless, thoughtful, and effortless on the day.

I lead our events and front-of-house team, keeping everything running smoothly while ensuring every guest feels genuinely looked after. It’s really important to me that each celebration feels personal and true to each couple, reflecting who they are throughout the whole experience.

I’m Cam, Head Chef at Ren’s Kitchen, and I’ve always had a real passion for good food and great ingredients. I love cooking for events—there’s something special about creating dishes that are shared and enjoyed as part of a bigger celebration.

Before joining the team, I built my experience working in a range of gastro pubs and restaurants, which helped shape my approach to cooking: simple, seasonal, and full of flavour. I bring that experience into every event, making sure the food feels both elevated and honest

I’m Lucy, Events Manager and Coordinator at Ren’s Kitchen, and I’ve spent years working in hospitality across pubs and restaurants. I’ve always been drawn to the atmosphere of events, especially weddings, where food, music, and people all come together in such a special way.

I really enjoy getting to know each couple and what’s important to them, so we can shape a day that feels personal, natural, and true to them. I look after the planning and coordination from start to finish, making sure everything runs smoothly and feels effortless on the day.

I’m Tanya, and I started my journey in the front-of-house team before moving into event management and on-the-day coordination at Ren’s Kitchen. That background gives me a really hands-on understanding of how events run, and what it takes to keep everything feeling smooth and effortless.

I love the buzz of a wedding day, especially the transition into the evening—live music, a great band, and a busy cocktail hour are my favourite moments. My focus is always on keeping things calm and well-orchestrated behind the scenes, so couples and their guests can relax and enjoy every second.
